Membership

Bakersfield Country Club is a private, member-owned club that provides incomparable family-oriented recreational and social facilities. As you enter the gates at Bakersfield Country Club, you are assured of a private haven. Dedicated golfers and tennis players can indulge their passion for their sports and the luxurious amenities provided by the distinctive clubhouse.

 

Membership opportunities are available for single adults, families, juniors, corporations, and non-residents. As a member, you are able to participate in the many social events that Bakersfield Country Club hosts each month.

Membership Types

Regular Equity Membership

Provides full access to all the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship 18-hole golf course, tennis, fitness center, dinning, clubhouse and all social events and actives. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. This membership category allows for voting privileges and the opportunity to hold office.

Non-Residency Equity Membership

Applicants whose primary residence and principal place of employment are more than 100 miles from the Club are eligible for this membership category. Non-Resident Equity Members and their eligible family members enjoy privileges to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship 18-hole golf course, tennis, fitness center, dinning, clubhouse and all social events and actives. This membership category allows for voting privileges and the opportunity to hold office.

 

Corporate Membership

Available to two designated members (primary and secondary,) each with spousal and family privileges for all facilities including golf, tennis, fitness center, dining and special events. Each designee must be employed by certificate-holding corporation or business. Up to ten (10) designees may be added under a Corporate Membership umbrella. If the second designee is dropped from the membership and not replaced at that time, combined regular dues of both memberships must continue to be paid in order to retain corporate status. Otherwise, the membership will be converted to a “regular” membership. Only primary designee has equity privileges.

Associate Membership

Provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include tennis, fitness center, dining, clubhouse, limited golf and all social events and activities. Unlimited weekday golfing privileges from Tuesday through Thursday on the championship 18-hole golf course. Associate Golf Members may play the golf course Friday through Sunday after 1 pm or at the discretion of the Pro Shop by paying guest green fees. Privileges will extend to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.

 

Non-Equity Single Golfing Membership

Available to applicants over 40 married or single. Membership provides (if married, only one golfing member) full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the 18-hole golf course, tennis, fitness center, dining, clubhouse and all social events and activities. Only clubhouse privileges are extended to the member’s spouse and dependent children.

 

Non-Equity Junior Executive Membership

Available to applicants forty-five (45) and under. Membership provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities, which include the championship 18-hole golf course, tennis, fitness center, dining, clubhouse and all social events and activities. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club

Non-Equity Social Membership

Provides access to the Club’s facilities and amenities to include tennis, fitness, dining, clubhouse and all social events and activities. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the club.
