Introductory Golf Membership
Application Fee $25
Two options available at sign-up
- Pay $199 per month for unlimited play for all eligible family members (includes one 18 hole cart per day)
- Pay $99 per month plus an additional $18 per round usage fee (cart included) for all family members over the age of 17. Children 16 and under play for FREE (cart is extra)
Note: Switching between these two options will generally be allowed one time during the six months. However, all such requests must be approved by the Board and will be effective on the first of the month following the request.

Other Conditions and Restrictions:
- All Club Bylaws and Rules apply unless otherwise stated
- Saturday tee times may be made after 2:00pm on Thursday and Sunday tee times may be made after 2:00pm on Friday
- Golf handicaps calculations are available through the pro shop for a small annual fee
- Eligible for all Club golf tournaments (Participation in the Annual Member/Guest Tournament will be allowed on a “space available“ basis)

- Will generally be invited to play in all “9-hole Fun Events” with the exception of the Wednesday afternoon scramble.
- Eligible for one round of golf per month per family member at the rate in effect
Other Considerations When Filing Applications:
- All Introductory Memberships are valid for six months from the date of approval.
- A credit card must be on file with the application. Payment of monthly dues and other charges is due by the 20th of the month. If payment has not been received by this date, the credit card on file will be charged the billed amount plus a 3% Service Charge. In the event the credit card is not honored, the member will also be billed for a late fee in accordance with the Bylaws, i.e., the greater of $25 or 15% of the billed amount.

- A ten percent (10%) discount each month on virtually all charges on your monthly club statement including dues, assessments, expenses for food, beverage, pro shop purchases and costs related to golf course usage for you, your family and your invited guests.

- Exemption from quarterly minimum spending requirements
- Your grandchildren under the age of nineteen will receive all the regular dependent privileges associated with your membership classification. (If you’re a full golfing member, they play golf at no cost)
- Recognition on the Lifetime Membership Plaque on our Wall of Fame and special cart decals and bag tags
What does your Club get?
- A Reserve Fund:
- For addressing member authorized Capital Improvements (75%+)
- For meeting emergency Operational Expense needs (25%-)
What does it cost?
- The upfront cost of this benefits package is determined by the membership and is currently set at $5000 for the first 50 members; however, it’s important to note that the residual value to you can be significant. At any time, you can choose to take advantage of the program’s one time transfer option in any number of valuable ways:
- You can “Gift” your Lifetime Benefits to a family member or friend
- You can “Sell” your Lifetime Benefits to someone of your choosing and recoup all or part of your investment.
- You can use the transfer of your Lifetime Benefits as a buyer incentive when selling your home

Senior Voting Memberships
Traditional Individual Membership: Golfing privileges extended to member only
Traditional Family Membership: Privileges are extended to spouse and dependent children.
Associate Memberships:
Associate I Membership
Age 21 through 29 years. These members have the same privileges as Senior Voting Members, except they have no right to vote. Upon reaching age 30, these members must convert to another classification of membership or the membership will be terminated.
Associate II Membership
Age 30 through 35 years. These members have the same privileges as Senior Voting Members, except they have no right to vote. Upon reaching age 36, these members must convert to another classification of membership or the membership will be terminated.
Social Membership:
Social Member
Unlimited use of the Club facilities. Golfing privileges limited to one round per month, upon payment of greens fees.
Non Resident Memberships:
Out of State Membership
Unlimited use of Club and pool facilities. No voting rights and cannot be a resident of the state of Florida. Golfing privileges limited to ten rounds per year, upon payment of yearly dues. Not permitted to own or operate a personal golf cart.
Out of Area Membership
Unlimited use of Club and pool facilities. No voting rights and your primary residence is a minimum of thirty miles from Club. Not permitted to own or operate a personal golf cart.
Winter Membership
Available December 1st thru March 31st. In addition to monthly dues, member pays $25.00 each per round. No voting rights and cannot be a resident of the state of Florida. Not permitted to own or operate a personal golf cart.
