Dothan National Golf Club

Membership

Dothan National Golf Club is a semi-private golf club. We are open to the public, but memberships are also available. Members enjoy unlimited green fees year round and receive a driving range token with each round of golf. Members also have unlimited access to the Hot Mineral Pool, outdoor pool, and gym. Membership is $1000 per year per household. Cart fees are $17.14 plus tax per round.

The Riverside Country Club


Membership Category. Member hereby joins RCC in the following membership category:
Full Membership --- Dues are $125.00 per month (plus $20 food minimum per month to be used in the clubhouse dining room or bar only). This membership allows access to all RCC facilities for member and immediate family of said member. This membership provides privileges to the golf course, dining room, tennis courts and pool. Immediate family means spouse of member and children of member under the age of 21. Children of members older than 21, if attending college are also included.
 
Social Membership --- Dues are $75.00 per month (plus $20 food minimum per month to be used in the clubhouse dining room or bar only). This membership allows member and the immediate family of said member) access to dining room, tennis courts, and pool. A Social member is allotted two rounds of golf per month at the full member golf rate.
 
Junior Membership --- Dues are $100.00 per month (plus a $20 food minimum to be used in the clubhouse dining room and bar only) This membership is restricted to members ages 21 years old to and including 39 years old. Heron Lakes Country Club

Everyone loves a party! The Club host quarterly events including a spectacular New Year’s Eve event and an adult summer pool party. Ask about the Night Light Golf and Tennis events! For family fun Christmas with Santa and the Easter egg hunt are favorites with the children. Most all Tennis and Golf Tournaments are accompanied by a party. From casual to formal events with your Club friends and guests, Heron Lakes is the place to party!

Class A membership in Heron Lakes Country Club not only provides full usage privileges to the individual and immediate family, it gives the member ownership in the Club. Members in this category are required to purchase a debenture and are eligible to sit on the Board of Directors and to vote on club matters as they are presented to the membership.

The Sand Torquay - Membership

Members of The Sands Torquay Health Club is available upon application. The annual cost of membership is $1009.00 (2012/2013 Membership Year) with a minimum 12 month membership term available or pro rata until 30th June 2013. The Sands Torquay Health Club does not offer short term or monthly memberships. Personal training sessions are available at an additional fee.
Residential Membership
Owners of properties within The Sands Estate are provided with two Residential Health Club Memberships, commonly called Health Club Nominees. These Nominees may be either the owner/s of the property or the current tenants of the property. Only two people may be nominated for a property at any one time. Changes to the listed Nominees may only occur once every 12 months by completing the relevant application form and returning with suitable supporting documentation.

The Executive Membership is a fully transferable membership offering the member seven day playing rights and full access to the golf facilities and competitions. This category offers one membership per applicant.Members in this category also receive VIP rates (half price cart hire and range ball hire) as well as two free golf lessons per year with the Club Professional.
 
Term Member
The Term 6 Day Membership is a fully transferable membership offering the member six day playing rights (excludes Saturday) and full access to the golf facilities and competitions. This category offers one membership per applicant. Term Members also receive VIP rates as per above, as well as two free golf lessons per year with the Club Professional.

3 Year Lease
There are two categories of the 3 year lease available
7 Day - This category offers the applicant seven day playing rights and full access to the golf facilities and competitions
6 Day - This category offers the applicant six day (excludes Saturday) playing rights and full access to the golf facilities and competitions
 
Corporate
This category offers full seven day playing rights for (4) nominees + flexibility of unaccompanied guest rounds, discount on hosting of corporate golf days and functions or events.
Junior
 
The Sands Torquay Junior Membership is aimed at introducing juniors to the game of golf and developing their skills so that they can actively participate in 18 hole golf.Initiatives have been developed which are perfect for both the beginners of the sport and the experienced young golfers who have been participating for years.
 
All junior members have 7 day access to the course as well as practice and member facilities. Additional benefits of the junior membership include - Use of the driving range with complimentary hire balls between 4-5pm Monday to Friday and monthly 2hr coaching sessions with the Club Professional. These sessions include fun games, tips on technique, course etiquette, scoring and course maintenance. These sessions are aimed at increasing junior confidence on the course, introducing them to fellow junior members, and to help them with the transition from practicing to competing in club competitions. Junior membership is available to juniors under the age of 21 years.

Junior Member (age 21 - 35)

A Regular member transferring to Senior Associate status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior Associate status has a limit of 20 members. There are no golfing privileges.
 
Social Member
There is a maximum of 25 Social Memberships available at Pinnacle Peak Country Club. Initiation fee is $1,000 - non-equity. Monthly dues are $350.

2012 Membership Options
Full Golf Membership – Individual or Family Entitles you or you and your family (including spouse and dependent children under age 23) to full use of all Club facilities including golf, swimming pool, tennis, aerobics classes, dining, and social events. The Golf Membership is a non-transferable lifetime membership.
 
Junior Golf Membership -  Entitles your family to full use of all Club facilities as described in the Full Equity Golf Membership and expires on the 36th birthday of the Junior Member. The initiation fee may be credited toward the purchase of a Full Equity Golf Membership any time prior to expiration.
Social Membership -  Entitles member full use of tennis, swimming, exercise fitness, non-refundable membership fee, unlimited driving range and putting greens access, social member rates for golf once a month, advanced tee times, and member-only functions and dining. Initiation fee may be transferred toward the purchase of a Junior or Golf Membership.

Valley Hills Country Club - Membership

Membership Classification
“Class A” – Full Membership – Equity - Class A Members have all inclusive use of the Club facilities, with unlimited golfing, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities planned for Club Members.

Junior Membership - Consist of two classes: Entry-Level and Mid-Level, and shall be available to qualified individuals who have not attained the age of 40 years. In each case, the age criterion is applied to the primary golfer's age in the case of married members. Junior Memberships are not assignable, nor transferable. Junior members shall not having voting privileges. Junior members are not eligible to hold elective office in the Club.
 
(a) Entry-Level Junior Membership: Entry Level Junior memberships are for those members who have attained the age of 21 years but who have not attained the age of 30 years. Entry-Level Junior membership shall, upon attaining the age of 30 years, convert to a Mid-Level Junior Membership.
 
(b) Mid-Level Junior Membership: Mid-Level Junior memberships are for those members who have attained the age of 30 years, but who have not attained the age of 40 years. Mid-Level Junior memberships shall, upon attaining the age of 40 years, convert to a Class A membership. In the event that the Mid-Level Junior shall not attain Class A membership status, the junior member shall forfeit the initiation fee.
 
Corporate “Class A” Membership – Equity - A corporation or company may purchase a “Class A” Membership with privileges designated to one individual with access to all privileges and amenities of Club “Class A” Memberships. The membership may be transferred within a corporation or firm subject to approval of transfer.
 
Assigned Membership – The Assigned Membership is an annual contractual membership consisting of full privileges with the exception of voting and holding office.
 
Social Membership – The Social Memberships have access to all amenities and activities of Club with applicable restrictions and fees structure. 
 
Non-Resident Membership – A Nonresident Membership is available to persons who reside outside adjoining counties of Madison County. The membership carries no ownership or voting rights, is non-assignable and non- transferable.

Bella Vista Village

 
The Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association (POA) is proud of the amenities and services it provides throughout the year to its diverse group of resident and nonresident members.
 
The assessment fee, which is collected each month, is used to help maintain, operate and improve the services and amenities provided by the POA. At times, the assessment fee goes toward creating new facilities to enhance your experience in Bella Vista Village. Anyone who owns property in Bella Vista Village is a member of the Property Owners Association.
 
The monthly assessment fee is $16 for unimproved property – a lot without a water meter – and $24 for improved property – a lot with a water meter.
 
Assessments may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Assessments are due the first day of the month and considered delinquent on the last day of the month. A 6 percent per annum may be charged on assessments that are delinquent 30 days or more. 
 
Each year, assessment payment coupons are mailed to all property owners. If you did not receive your coupons, contact the POA at info@bellavistapoa.com or (479) 855-8000.
 
However, coupons are not necessary in order to pay your monthly assessments. Checks should be made payable to the Bella Vista Village POA. Please include your sub/block/lot numbers and member number with all payments. If you have a coupon, send your payment to the address on the coupon. Payments without coupons should be mailed or delivered to:

Members may also choose to register for the automatic draft program. By signing up for this service, your assessment fees will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the 12th day of each month.
 
Assessments stay with the property. Therefore, any unpaid balance left by the previous owner becomes the responsibility of the new property owner. It is suggested that any prepaid or unpaid assessments be addressed at the time of closing on the property. 
 
Most financial institutions cooperate with one of the major on-line payment processing firms, such as Check-Free When completing the payment information there are a few important things to remember when processing assessment payments;
 
When entering your customer (member) number, use all leading zeros in the eight-digit number.
 
When entering your location (sub-blk-lot) number, use all leading zeros in the eight-digit number, do NOT enter dashes.
 
NOTE: If setting up an on-line payment for a Bella Vista water account, the location number is the same as for the assessment account, EXCEPT it must be followed with the letter "W".

Pleasantvalley Country Club - Membership

Membership Classifications
 
Membership at Pleasant Valley Country Club is by invitation. All Memberships are individual Memberships, with the spouse and dependant children entitled to Club privileges.
 
Regular Membership: Entitles the Member, Spouse of Member and all unmarried children who are under the age of twenty-three years, who are not self-supporting, to all golf, tennis, swimming, dining, fitness, and clubhouse privileges. This membership is non-transferable except to surviving spouse.
Corporate Membership: Entitles the Member to the same privileges as a Regular Membership. Corporate Memberships are issued only in the name of the business that purchases them. The Corporate Member must designate a corporate officer or other employee (the Designated User), who shall be the sole person entitled to the benefits of Membership. This membership is transferable within the corporation.
 
Intermediate Membership: Entitles the member to the same privileges as Regular Membership. Intermediate Members must be between the ages of 21 and 35 at the time of admission.
 
Non-Resident I Membership: Entitles the Member to the same privileges as Regular Membership but available only to individuals whose principal or secondary residence are located beyond the thirty-five (35) mile radius of Little Rock.
 
Non-Resident II Membership: Entitles the Member to the same privileges as Regular Membership but available only to individuals whose principal or secondary residence are located beyond the one hundred (100) mile radius of Little Rock.
Sports Membership: Entitles the member to the use of the fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pool, and clubhouse privileges.
 
Social Memberships: Entitles members to all clubhouse privileges, dining and the swimming pool.
 
All categories have full charge privileges.

Naturally, we believe that the dining and golfing experiences at our Club are exciting and unique to the Clarksville area. With several types of memberships offered, we are certain that one set of privileges will meet your expectations and private club needs. We currently offer Regular, Social, House, Junior, Pre-Junior Non-Resident, and now Military Memberships.
 
Clarksville Country Club is accepting membership applications for immediate consideration. Please contact the Club to receive a membership packet that is suited specifically for your needs.
