Fayetteville Country Club - Membership

SEVERAL CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP ARE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING:

Combined Membership:
Provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, pools and pool facilities, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges are extended to the Member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of twenty-three (23).

Junior Executive Membership:
is available to applicants ages thirty-two (32) and under. Membership provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges are extended to the Member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of twenty-three (23).

Corporate Membership:
provides full access to all of the club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges are extended to the member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of 23. Corporate memberships are purchased by a corporation to allow for executive transfers and multiple memberships. Each corporation has one primary member included in the $5000 initiation fee. Each additional designee pays a $1000 joining fee and a fee of $1000 will be applied to any membership transfers. All membership applications and transfers are subject to approval by the board of directors.

Non Resident Membership:
available to anyone whose primary residence is outside the 50 mile radius of the Fayetteville City limits. Non resident membership provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges will be extended to the Member and spouse or constant companion only.

Social Membership:
provides full access to the Club’s facilities and amenities to include swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Social Members may play one round of golf six (6) times per year, upon payment of the green fee. Privileges will be extended to the Member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of twenty-three (23) excluding golf.

Continental Country Club



Full Membership
Full Membership is extended to homeowners within Continental Country Club's HOA whose Annual Lot Assessment is $400.00 for 2014. Many homeowners come in and ask why they must pick up a new membership card every year. The answer is that membership cards are printed for Full Members in good standing - meaning they are up-to-date on any and all nnual or Special Assessments that are owed. Membership cards are available to 2 adults and up to 4 dependent children per lot.

Who can obtain a membership card?
According to the Continental Country Club Bylaws, item 1.2 states that "The privileges of a member shall be extended to their spouse and to their unmarried dependent children under the age of 21 or a full-time student under the age of 25." In other words, the homeowner and their significant other, along with dependent children may obtain membership cards.

Continental also understands that many people have dependent parents. In order to obtain a membership card for a dependent parent, Continental requires that some proof of dependency is provided for our records (i.e. a tax return, power of attorney, etc.). If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at 928.526.5125.

For properties that are owned by a business, or who have multiple owners (i.e. a partnership or other such arrangement), the owners of said lot must determine who will obtain cards according to the Bylaws. If the other owner wishes to also obtain cards, a separate fee is collected and an alternate form must be completed. Please contact the Front Desk for further information.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS Don't like to wait in line....please complete the 2013 UPDATE FORM and submit it to the Front Desk for processing. Please remember, your dues must be paid for any and all properties you own, and the upgrade must also be paid (if applicable). We look forward to seeing you at the Club this year!

Associate Membership
Associate Membership is extended to homeowners within Continental Country Club's HOA whose Annual Lot Assessment is $266.00 Effective May 1, 2006, Associate Members must upgrade to Full Membership status to take advantage of the amenities. No membership cards will be printed for Associate Members who have not upgraded their membership, which, for 2014, is $134.00 for the year.

Maumelle Country Club


 Full Active 
Full Active Membership is available to any person, 21 years of age and of good moral character. Full Active Membership entitles the member, spouse and dependent children all privileges of the clubhouse, dining facilities, golf course, driving range, practice facilities, tennis courts, swimming pool and special events. This membership has voting rights and may hold office in the Club. Full Active Memberships are transferable subject to Club By-Laws and Rules.

Initiation Fee of $1500 due at the time of application.
(50% of Initiation Fee is refundable during the first two years of membership
in the event the member relocates outside a 100-mile radius of Maumelle CC)
Full Active Monthly Dues $425

 
Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership will be held in the name of the corporation purchasing the membership. This membership entitles (1) designee (officer, executive or director of the corporation) the right to vote and hold office in the Club, and may have up to (4) additional designees. Each designee of the corporation will pay monthly dues. Designees may change based upon approval by the Board of Directors and a $250 transfer fee will apply each time that the corporation changes a designee. Corporate Members have the same privileges as Full Active Members and each membership includes privileges for the spouse and dependent children. In the event the company is disbanded, the membership shall immediately be ceased.
Initiation Fee of $2500 due at the time of application.
Corporate Monthly Dues $425/Member

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
junior Membership is available to individuals between 21and 36 years of age. Junior Members shall not have the right to vote and can not hold any office in the Club. At age 37, Junior Members will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to a Full Active Membership. The Junior initiation fee will be credited toward the balance owed to become a Full Active Member.

Senior Membership
Senior Membership is available to individuals 70 years of age and above. Senior Members will receive reduced dues and shall have the same privileges as Full Active Members, with each membership including privileges for the spouse. This membership is also exempt from all operating assessments. A Senior Membership at Maumelle Country Club represents a well-earned and economical reward to retirees wishing to remain active. No other private country club in central Arkansas has a membership tailored to meet the requirements of the senior golfer.

Non-Resident Membership
Non-Resident Membership is available to individuals who reside outside of Pulaski County & greater than 20 miles from Maumelle Country Club. Non-Resident Members will have the same privileges as Full Active Members and each membership includes privileges for the spouse and dependent children. Non-Resident Members shall not have the right to vote and can not hold any office in the Club. Non-Resident Members will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to a Full Active Membership in the event they relocate inside of Pulaski County or within 20 miles of Maumelle Country Club. The Non-Resident initiation fee will be credited toward the balance owed to become a Full Active Member.

Social Membership

Wigwam Country Club

Membership
The Wigwam Country Club is a non-profit Arizona corporation that exists to provide recreational, athletic and social offerings to its members. Through an agreement with The Wigwam Golf Courses, members are provided the opportunity to enjoy the special amenities of this expansive, luxury Arizona golf resort. Memberships have been created to address the varied and important needs of individual, family and corporate members across several privilege levels. Because one size seldom fits all, various membership programs allow the prospective member to identify that program that best matches their lifestyle.
Premier Membership
As the name suggests, this membership allows for all that the golf club and resort have to offer. With unlimited access to the golf club and wide usage of the resort amenities, the member and their family will be able to utilize the property as their very own playground year-round. Even access to the Arizona Biltmore golf courses is included.
Golf Membership
This membership includes nearly all the same privileges as the Premier level, with certain elements available on a "pay-as-you-go" basis for those who choose to do so. The benefit is a slightly reduced monthly dues structure.

Membership Levels & Costs
As evidenced by the array of memberships available, there are many different program offerings and entitlements to choose from. Regardless of the level, each membership comes with a one-time initiation fee and a monthly dues schedule. Unlike most golf clubs, there is no minimum food and beverage requirement, and members are actually rewarded with discounts on their various purchases and usage of the resort. Membership Categories

Regular Golf Membership - Limited to 425 Members
A Regular Member and immediate family (spouse and children under the age of 25 still living at home) enjoy full privileges of the Club and all its facilities including the Golf Course. A Regular Membership is an equity-owned Membership and the Membership may be transferred in accordance with the By-Laws of the Club. A Regular Member may serve on the Board of Directors of Pinetop Country Club.

Clubhouse Membership - Limited to 125 Members
A Clubhouse Membership entitles the member and member's immediate family (spouse and children under the age of 25 still living at home) unlimited use of the Clubhouse, Dining Facilities and Tennis Courts. Clubhouse Members do not have golfing privileges. A Clubhouse Member must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. These memberships are non-transferable.

Corporate Membership - Regular
A Corporate Membership may be held in the name of any Business Entity and will enjoy the privileges of the Regular Golf Membership. Additional Corporate Memberships (non-equity) may be purchased for 1/2 the appropriate initiation fee and will pay full dues for the membership.

Intermediate Members do not have voting privileges and may not serve on the Board of Directors of Pinetop Country Club. These Memberships are non-transferable.

As a member of Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club, you will be able to participate in all the activities of the Men's and Women's Golf Associations, social activities and all other events organized for members and their guests only.

You can become a part of all of this by joining Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club. We are a membership-owned equity club, however, all facilities are open to the public at present. Our members invite visitors to enjoy a round of golf on a daily fee basis. We also encourage you to relax in the Fairway View Restaurant and enjoy the best in fine family dining.
