Baytree National Golf Links is a part of the 13 course portfolio known as the Florida Golf Trail®. With seven clubs in the Tampa Bay area of Florida including two private clubs, The Bayou Club and River Hills Country Club and The Majors Golf Club in Palm Bay, it is a great benefit to Baytree National members to be able to play The Majors Golf Club as a reciprocal member and take a 2 hour drive to Tampa and play golf for a long weekend. 

For baseball and football fans, the Florida Golf Trail®'s three clubs in Washington, DC and one in Cincinnati, OH make for a great excuse to take a vacation in our nation's capitol or beautiful Cincinnati and to be able to play golf on Trail courses, of which two are private In Washington or to Cincinnati where the Trail has one club. 

The trail has arrangements with hotels in the Cincinnati, Washington DC and Tampa area markets so that members of Baytree National will receive preferred pricing on accommodations in each of those markets. 

Listed below is a list of "Frequently Asked Questions" regarding our reciprocal privileges. 

Can I expect a dues increase at home club when the reciprocal program goes into effect? 

No! There are no guarantees but if a club on the Trail decides to increase its dues, it will absolutely have nothing to do with the Trail but with the economics of that club’s operation. 

If the Trail adds more and more clubs, are those clubs automatically part of the Trail & will my dues go up?

No to the dues increase and Yes to the new clubs automatic inclusion into the Trail reciprocity program. This is what makes this program so fantastic and THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEMBERSHIP VALUE IN GOLF! 

Can I join as a full golf member without an initiation fee at any Florida Golf Trail® Club? 

Each club on the Florida Golf Trail® has its own club membership program. Hidden Creek Country Club in the Washington, DC suburb of Reston, Virginia is our only club currently charging an initiation fee. The National Golf Club in Washington, DC, The Bayou Club and River Hills Country Club in the Tampa area, all private clubs, are currently offering memberships with no initiation fee. Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club does not offer golf memberships. The other seven clubs, The Majors Golf Club in Palm Bay, here at Baytree National, Bloomingdale, Lansbrook and Northdale in Tampa, The Preserve in Bradenton, and Patuxent Greens in Laurel Maryland will waive their initiation fees completely. 

All clubs will charge a nominal application processing fee upon joining any Florida Golf Trail club. 

What other amenities at reciprocal clubs are available at my disposal? 

You are considered a member of every club even though you are only paying your home club’s dues. Whatever amenities are available at the away club to its golf members, those amenities apply to you. For example, if range balls are considered paid in your monthly dues, use of the practice facility is free to you. 

Can I use my charge account at my home course at a reciprocal club and get one bill for all my charges? 

Currently a member only has charge privileges at the home club. However, in the not too distant future, members on the Trail will have charging privileges at each reciprocal club, and other club’s charges you made will appear on your home club statement. 

Can I walk or must I rent a cart to play at a reciprocal club? 

The rules of each individual club apply, not your home club. If a Trail club allows walking after 4pm, then that same rule applies to the reciprocal member. Please have your golf shop staff check into this before you arrive at the reciprocal club. 

What if I own my own cart and have prepaid trail fees for the year? 

That is a privilege that applies only to your home club and does not carry over to a reciprocal club. The cart fee rates for play at each Trail club are available in your Home Club Member Reciprocity Guide. 

Are there any time restrictions on when I can play at a reciprocal club? 

Each Trail club has its own membership base to consider and therefore may restrict when reciprocal members may play. It is up to the individual club as to the tee times it will make available to reciprocal club members. 

Are there restrictions to when I can bring a guest to play a reciprocal club on the Trail? 

The guest of member rule at each home club will carry the day. Please have your home golf shop staff check into the reciprocal club’s privileges regarding the availability of guest of member play. 

Can I make tee times a month in advance because I have friends coming into town? 

A reciprocal member can make tee times two days after that of a home club member. For example, members of the Bayou Club have a two week advance tee time policy. A reciprocal member can book a tee time 12 days in advance. Your Home Club Member Reciprocity Guide will have the advance tee time policy for each club detailed out. Your home club golf shop must book the time for you. 

When traveling to areas of the United States where a Florida Golf Trail® Club is located, I can just call that golf shop and book my own tee time and my guests and I pay the reciprocal fees? 

No! You must call your home club golf shop and have the golf professionals there make your tee times for you, even if you are away from your home club for an extended period of time. For example, if you belong to a northern Florida Golf Trail® Club, and then winter in Tampa for any length of time, you must have your home club golf shop call in your tee time each and every time.

Golfers who need to work on flexibility and strength are also going to love lifting weights in our fitness center. Our fitness center includes treadmills, a Universal weight system, free weights and stair climbers. Saunas are also available in the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Heritage Isles has an incredible recreation facility, both inside and out. Our residents enjoy their own private fitness room; a great place to relax and work out. The large windows in the room create a peaceful environment as you look out on the the Aqua range. All of the equipment is of the highest quality and maintained regularly to ensure that it is always in excellent condition. Our locker rooms are furnished with showers, sauna, and lockers.

Hillcrest Golf & Country Club Membership

• Cart fees for members are $25.00 inclusive of tax for 18 holes. Annual Memberships have the option of a 9-Hole Cart fee of $13.00 plus tax. Seasonal Members may receive a 9 Hole Cart fee after 3:00 PM. The 9-hole rate applies to members only. Guest are charged our Best Available Rate at time of booking for 18 holes.
• Members shall receive a 15% discount on all apparel in the golf shop. Discount is not applicable to already reduced inventory. Discount on hard goods will be determined based on what is being ordered and must be paid for in advance.
• Tee times may be made up to 7 days in advance.

CORPORATE GOLF

This membership entitles the corporation to free green fees. It allows the corporation's guests to participate in all club golf functions, also entitles the corporation's guests to the use of the Clubhouse facilities and participation in all social events. The corporation will receive membership cards that are transferable (issued in the Company's Name). The cards may be given to clients, employees or friends of the business. The Corporate Membership must be paid with a Company or Corporate check.

Kingsway Country Club Membership

Kingsway is unique in the various dues structure options available to our members. For the frequent player, our “all inclusive” option is one of the most competitive in all of southwest Florida. This “all inclusive” option includes unlimited golf w/cart, practice facilities, club storage and handicap service.

Kingsway offers a “flexible” dues structure that does not include golf cart fees for members who are limited in the amount of rounds they can play. This option affords members to pay “as they play," and has become very attractive to the local business community.

Pasadena Yacht & Country Club Membership

PYCC is one of the premier private clubs in the Tampa Bay area. The Club, established in 1924, has hosted many famous guests including Babe Ruth, Bobby Jones, Babe Didrikson Zaharias and Jim Barnes and Michael Jordan. Legendary golfer Arnold Palmer added his expertise to renovate the course in the early 80’s. The Clubhouse and Golf course are set among acres of semi tropical landscaping adjacent to the glittering Boca Ciega Bay in a prestigious gated community. The course has been painstakingly returned to its former prominence among the courses of West Florida. Currently, the course features five different tee boxes to accommodate players of every skill level.

In addition to offering one of the finest courses in the area, the Pasadena Yacht and Country Club offers discerning Yachting Members a world class marina located in one of the safest basins on the west coast of Florida. Our Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool and Health Club are located on the lower level adjacent to the marina. 

The Bayside Grille, overlooking the marina, provides a relaxing area to view the sunset. More formal dining is located on the upper level of the Clubhouse with stunning views of the 18th hole and the Clubhouse Marina. Membership Opportunities

Full Golf Membership - available to those forty (40) years of age and above. This membership provides access to all of the Club’s facilities to include: golf, complimentary annual range plan, tennis, swimming, fitness facilities, dining, reciprocal privileges and all social related activities, as well as rental of available boat slips.

Corporate Membership - available to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietorships. There shall be one Primary Member who must maintain a Full Golf Membership. The Corporation may designate up to three (3) additional Members (either owners, officers or employees). Additional Members pay 50% of the regular dues of the category of the membership selected.

Executive I Golf Membership - available to those who are between the ages of thirty-one (31) and thirty-nine (39), inclusive. This membership provides access to all of the Club’s facilities to include: golf, complimentary annual range plan, tennis, swimming, fitness facilities, dining, reciprocal privileges and all social related activities, as well as rental of available boat slips.

Executive II Golf Membership - available to those who are between the ages of twenty-one (21) and thirty (30), inclusive. This membership provides access to all of the Club’s facilities to include: golf, complimentary annual range plan, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, reciprocal privileges and all social related activities, as well as rental of available boat slips.

*Family Membership extends golf privileges to three or more golfers per family.
*Couple Membership extends golf privileges to two golfers per family.
*Individual Membership extends golf privileges to one golfer per family. Non-golf members of the family will have access and privileges to all club facilities (with the exception of golf privileges)

Yacht Membership provides access to Club facilities to include: tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, reciprocal privileges and all social related activities, including the opportunity to rent available boat slips. Yacht Members may play golf two times per month paying prevailing cart and greens fees.

Fitness Membership provides access to Club facilities to include: health club, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, reciprocal and all social related activities. Fitness Members may play golf two times per month paying prevailing cart and greens fees.

Clubhouse/Dining Membership provides access to the Club’s dining, swimming pool and all social related activities. The Clubhouse/Dining Membership does not include any golf, marina, fitness, tennis or reciprocal privileges.

Student Membership available to full time student (26 years & under) provides access to Club facilities to include: golf, complimentary annual range plan, tennis, swimming, fitness facilities, and dining. Certain restrictions apply.

All Membership types, except Student Membership, are required to spend $660 in the food and beverage minimum annually.
