Terrapin Hills Country Club

 
The Terrapin Hills Country Club’s mission is to enhance your quality of living…through our 
amenities…including golf, tennis, swimming, fishing lakes, dining, and special events.  There are five levels of membership at Terrapin Hills Country Club.
 
Full Membership 
Either purchase a Membership Certificate or pay a one time, Nonrefundable $500 
initiation fee.
- Pay full dues with all club privileges – Annual Dues $2160.00
- $25.00 monthly restaurant food minimum
Voting rights only for Membership Certificate owners
 
Non-resident Membership
Permanent address of Non-resident must be at least 50 miles from Terrapin Hills Country Club.
Non-resident Member must live at permanent address more then six months out of the year.
- Pay half full membership dues with all club privileges - $1,080.00 
- $25.00 monthly restaurant food minimum
- One time, Nonrefundable $250 initiation fee
- Voting rights only for Membership Certificate owners.
Junior Membership (Age 18 – 30)
- Pay Junior Membership Due with all club privileges – Annual Dues $1,200.00
- $25.00 monthly restaurant food minimum
- One time, Nonrefundable $100.00 initiation fee
- Voting rights only for Membership Certificate owners.
 
Annual Cart Plans are available with the Full, Non-Resident and Junior Memberships.
Single - $800.00 Family - $1,200.00
 
Social Membership
Use restaurant, bar, pool, tennis and fishing lakes
- Annual dues $600.00
- $50.00 monthly restaurant food minimum 
- One time, Nonrefundable $100.00 initiation fee
- Unlimited golf – Must pay full guest fee rates
- Voting rights only for Membership Certificate owners.
 
Corporate Membership
Corporation must purchase THCC Membership Certificate or pay $500.00 initiation fee.
- Unlimited number of Sponsored Memberships with no additional initiation fee. 
- At least one Sponsored Member must pay full membership dues.
- The additional Sponsored Members must pay the dues from one of the following types of 
Memberships: Full, Junior or Social Memberships.
- Each Sponsored Membership will have a monthly restaurant food minimum.
- Each Sponsored Membership is subject to Board of Director approval.
- Subject to approval of Board of Director’s, the corporation may replace a sponsored 
member who is no longer an employee.
- When the corporation fulfills all requirements, an account will be set up in the 
corporation’s name. This account may be used to charge functions in the clubhouse and 
guest fees.
- The corporation is responsible for all past due or delinquent payments of all dues, fees, 
assessments and charges to sponsored member accounts.
- Voting rights only for Membership Certificate owners.
