Classes of Membership

Junior Member (age 21 - 35)

• An exceptional offer for Junior Members who join Pinnacle Peak Country Club (through age 35).
• Dues reduced to ONLY $385 a month.
• Food and Beverage Minimum - $750 (family) or $500 (single).
• Initiation Fee reduced to $25,000 cash - $5,000 equity and voting rights. We also offer a One-Year (completely commitment-free) Trial Membership at $35,000, with a 5 Year Payment Plan - $5,000 returned in equity. Deposit of $7,000 required with Nomination for Membership.
• If the Junior Member elects to join PPCC after a one-year Trial Membership, a balance of $28,000 is due. This amount is divided into annual installments for an additional 4 years. If the Junior Member resigns during this extended payment plan period, there is no obligation to continue making installments on Initiation Fee or continue to pay monthly dues (90-day notice required).
• If the Junior Member decides upon conclusion of one-year Trial Membership period that membership does not meet their expectations, they are under no obligation to continue, their deposit is fully refundable.

Intermediate Member (age 36 - 45)

• An exceptional offer for Intermediate Members who join Pinnacle Peak Country Club (Age 36- 45 Inclusive).
• Dues reduced to ONLY $555 a month.
• Food and Beverage Minimum - $1,125 (family) or $750 (single).
• Initiation Fee is $25,000 cash - with $5,000 equity and voting rights, OR we also offer a One-Year (completely commitment-free) Trial Membership at $35,000, with a 5 Year Payment Plan - $5,000 returned in equity. Deposit of $7,000 required with Nomination for Membership.
• If the Intermediate Member elects to join PPCC after a one-year Trial Membership, a balance of $28,000 is due. This amount is divided into annual installments for an additional 4 years. Regular Member (age 46+)

• An exceptional offer to join Pinnacle Peak Country Club. 
• Dues are $725 a month.
• Food and Beverage Minimum - $1,500 (family) or $1,000 (single).
• Pinnacle Peak Country Club has reduced the initiation fee to $25,000 (cash price), with $5,000 equity and voting rights. We also offer a One-Year (completely commitment-free) Trial Membership at $35,000, with a 5 Year Payment Plan - $5,000 returned in equity. Deposit of $7,000 required with Nomination for Membership.
• If the Regular Members elects to join PPCC after a one-year Trial Membership, a balance of $28,000 is due. This amount is divided into annual installments for an additional 4 years. Senior Member

A Regular member transferring to Senior status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior status has a limit of 60 members. Golf course privileges are limited.

 

Senior Associate Member

A Regular member transferring to Senior Associate status must have 10 years of membership and be 70 years of age at the time of the request. Senior Associate status has a limit of 20 members. There are no golfing privileges.

 

Social Member

There is a maximum of 25 Social Memberships available at Pinnacle Peak Country Club. Initiation fee is $1,000 - non-equity. Monthly dues are $350.
