Avondale Equity Memberships

Avondale o ers two opportunities to experience the bene ts of owning an equity membership at an elite 

private club nestled in the heart of Palm Desert, California. The Full Equity membership provides access to all 

Club facilities, including golf, tennis, tness, and dining in addition to 1/300th ownership of the Club. The 

Seasonal Equity Membership o ers the same bene ts at a reduced dues structure, with golf course access 

November 1 through May 15. Equity memberships may be paid annually, semi-annually, or monthly. Annual 

dues do not include cart fees, range fees, or minimums.

 

Equity Membership

Full use of all facilities, both golf & social, with voting privileges. 

Initiation Fee*: $5,000                                                     Annual Dues: $9,646

Food and Beverage Minimum: $1,100                         Golf Shop Minimum: $150

Cart Fees: $20 per round Annual Lease: $1,250 T            rail Fee: $550

Annual Range Fees: $200 per Individual                             $260 per Couple

*Initiation fee for equity members is waved upon purchase of a home within Avondale, based on a three year committment. Must join within 90 days of escrow.

Seasonal Equity Membership

Full use of all facilities with voting privileges, November 1 through May 15.

Avondale Non-Equity Memberships

Avondale is proud to o er the opportunity to experience membership at an elite, private equity club without 

ownership. Non-Equity memberships o er all of the bene ts of an equity membership, including golf and 

tennis, access to dining, social events and all other amenities. These memberships are recallable, not subject to 

assessments, and do not include voting rights. 

 

Full Time Golf Membership

Full use of all facilities, both golf and social.

Initiation Fee: $3,000 Annual Dues: $8,400

Food and Beverage Minimum: $1,100

Golf Shop Minimum: $150

Cart Fees: $20 per round Annual Lease: $1,250

Single Person Membership

Member must be unmarried with no significant other.

Full use of all facilities, both golf and social. 

Initiation Fee: $2,000 Annual Dues: $7,580

Food and Beverage Minimum: $550

Golf Shop Minimum: $150

Cart Fees: $20 per round Annual Lease: $1,250 

Trial Fee: $550 Annual Range Fees: $200

*If Single Member changes status and acquires a spouse or 

significant other, he/she must upgrade to an 

appropriate Class of Membership

 

Junior Executive Membership

Member must be under the age of 50; membership will be 

converted to regular membership upon reaching the age of 50.

Full use of all facilities, both golf and social. 

Initiation Fee: $3,000 Annual Dues: $4,500

Food and Beverage Minimum: $550

Golf Shop Minimum: $150

Cart Fees: $20 per round Annual Lease: $800 

Trail Fee: $400 

Annual Range Fees: $100 per Individual

For Members 30 years of age and Younger, All Dues, Fees & 

Minimums are 50% off

 

Monthly Flex Membership

Member may select which months they wish to be 

members and pay dues for only those months. Full 

use of all facilities, both golf and social.

Food and Beverage Minimum: $100 per month

Golf Shop Minimum: N/A

Cart Fees: $20 per round Monthly Lease: $200 

Range Fees: $50 per Month

Non-Resident Limited Play Membership

Member is allowed 60 golf rounds per year.
