MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION:
All memberships include charging privileges upon full acceptance from the Board of Directors. All memberships are family memberships, limited to members of the immediate family (unmarried and under the age of 21, unless attending a college or university on a full time basis or serving on active duty with the United States Armed Forces), and in no case will the age exceed twenty five (25). All Golf memberships have a monthly food minimum of $20.00.
All male golfers are required to join the Men’s Golf Association (MGA) and female golfers are required to join the Women’s Golf Association (WGA).
Dues Effective January 24, 2010
NON-EQUITY, NON-SHAREHOLDER GOLF MEMBERSHIPS
TRIAL GOLF:
Age 41 or over. Single or Married. Full membership privileges. After two years, this membership may be converted to a FULL GOLF Membership or you may decide to remain on the TRIAL Membership. If you choose to remain, you will be required to pay an annual renewal fee of $300.00 per year. If you wish to convert to a FULL GOLF Membership, you will be credited $25.00 for each month you have been a member (up to a maximum of $900.00) towards your initiation fee. Terms for paying the initiation fee are $50.00 a month until the initiation fee is paid in full.
Processing Fee: $ 220.00 Payable with application.
Monthly Dues: $ 310.00
YOUNG ADULT:
Age 40 and under. Single or Married. Full membership privileges. Member must upgrade prior to his/her fortieth (40th) birthday.
Processing Fee: $ 150.00 Payable with application.
Monthly Dues: $ 185.00
SENIOR TRIAL:
Age 60 or over. Single or Married. Full membership privileges. However, a senior membership is limited to weekday golf (no weekends or holidays, except tournaments). After two years, this membership may be converted to a SENIOR Membership or you may decide to remain on the TRIAL Membership. If you choose to remain, you will be required to pay an annual renewal fee of $300.00 per year. If you wish to convert to a SENIOR Membership, you will be credited $25.00 for each month you have been a member (up to a maximum of $900.00) towards your initiation fee. Terms for paying the initiation fee are $50.00 a month until the initiation fee is paid in full.

Monthly Dues: $ 265.00
SENIOR:
Age 60 or over. Single or Married. Full membership privileges. However, a senior membership is limited to weekday golf (no weekends or holidays, except tournaments).
Initiation Fee: $2,400.00
The initiation fee may be paid at $100.00 a month for 24 months or $2,000.00 up front with the application.
Monthly Dues: $240.00
FULL GOLF:
Age 41 or over. Single or Married. Full membership privileges.
Initiation Fee: $5,000.00
Payable lump sum or $1000.00 down and $50.00 a month for eighty (80) months.
Monthly Dues: $285.00
CORPORATION GOLF:
AAge 21 or over. Single or married. Full Membership privileges. Must have a minimum of two (one golf and one any other membership), maximum four (4) Golf designees. Any additional members must be approved by special request to the Board of Directors. The Corporation will be responsible, financially, to AVCC. All applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.
Initiation Fee: $ 5,000.00 Due with application
Monthly Dues: $ 285.00 per member
SHAREHOLDER GOLF MEMBERSHIPS:
Shareholder members are eligible to take Regular Leave of Absence from the Club with certain requirements; your heir inheriting your share of stock will be able to take over your golfing membership; and only shareholders are qualified for private cart usage.
Transfer fee on stock is $100.00 per share, payable to AVCC.

FULL SHAREHOLDER:
Age 21 or over. Single or Married. Full membership privileges.
Initiation Fee: $ 2,400.00
The initiation fee may be paid at $100.00 a month for 24 months or $2,000.00 up front with the application.
Monthly Dues: $ 285.00
NON-RESIDENT SHAREHOLDER:
Age 21 or over. Single or Married. Full membership privileges. Must pay dues of $400.00 per year. Must pay green fees at one half of the going rate, with no limit on how often the member can use the course. Must live a minimum of 100 miles from the Antelope Valley Country Club.
Initiation Fee: $ 2,400.00
The initiation fee may be paid at $100.00 a month for 24 months or $2,000.00 up with the application.
