Limited Membership: Limited Members are entitled to 30 rounds of golf with tee times made up to 30 days in advance. Rounds can be used by members of the same household and/or their guests when accompanied by a member, one guest round per member. Social Membership is included with access to the Member Level with all of the benefits including a 5-10% Pro Shop merchandise discount.
Social Membership: Social Membership includes access to the Member Level with benefits including a 5% Pro Shop merchandise discount. Social Members may play golf at the member guest rate.
Membership Agreement: Membership Agreements are available and membership is dependent upon signing of the Agreement and payment of applicable fees. Some of the privileges may be expanded or improved during the course of this program.
Term of Agreement: Full, Social, Corporate and Limited Memberships are in affect for one year from date of purchase of the Membership. If the program changes during the year, the rounds will carry through to the end of the yearly agreement.
Charter Memberships: Charter Members shall be all owners in Redlands Mesa who become members in any category, and the first 100 non-owners, who become Full Members. All memberships are subject to payment of all applicable fees. Subject to the requirement that non-owner Charter Members must join and maintain at an equal level to Full Membership, Charter Members will always have priority in choosing to be a member of any future club opportunities, semi-private, private or continuation of this program. Non-member owners and their successors in ownership shall have the next level of priority. Non-owner members who are not charter members, shall have the next following level of priority based upon their order of becoming a member.
Family Definition: A family membership consists of two adults residing in the same household, and their unmarried children living at home under the age of 23 with a limit of four family members.
Initiation Fees: At present there are no initiation fees. Initiation fees will be charged in the future at a time when the ownership determines sufficient interest dictates the need for a change in the club to a semi-private or private club.
Other Fees: There will be reasonable fees charged for use of any of the facilities for special events. There will also be fees for massage, fitness training, club storage and other similar activities, if any.
Semi-Private: If and when there is sufficient interest in membership, the club may become semi-private.
Guest Limitations/Privileges:
Golf: No more than one (1) guest per Member are permitted at any time unless approved in advance by Club Management. Guest play may be modified from time to time pursuant to Club Management’s posted or published policies.
Except as specifically set forth herein regarding immediate family members, no person may use the golf facilities more than six (6) times per year total as the guest of any Member. Guests who are immediate family members of a Member with golfing privileges may use the golf facilities up to twelve (12) times per year total (up to six times in any given month) as the guest of any Member. With regard to the golf guest policy, immediate family members shall include the Member’s children, grandchildren, parents and siblings.
Member Level: Guests may use the Member Level facilities when accompanied by a member and, for the present, there is no limit to the number of guests. This may be restructured later if there are too many guests. All transactions will be cash or credit card.
Golf Privileges Certificates: All owners who become members shall agree that their Certificate of Golf Privileges shall no longer be effective, and will be surrendered and substituted for by their Membership Agreement. However, if in the future, there is no membership program of at least equal privileges, owners will be guaranteed at least the benefits of the Certificate of Golf Privileges. As set forth therein, if the club becomes totally private, the owners shall have a one-time first right to join, and they will lose the privileges as set forth in the Certificate of Golf Privileges.
Ownership Retained Rights: BrightStar Golf Redlands Mesa LLC retain the right to use the Club Level for separate, non-member events, and to rent the facility for these events. They may allow non-members to use the facilities at their discretion.

Non-Owner Membership Levels:
Full Membership: The advantages of becoming a Full Member include unlimited rounds of golf with 90 day advance tee times. This level includes full Social Membership with access to the Member Level with all of the benefits including a 10-15% Pro Shop merchandise discount. The first 100 non-owners who choose a Full Membership also become Charter Members.
Limited Membership: Limited Members are entitled to 30 rounds of golf with tee times made up to 30 days in advance. Rounds can be used by members of the same household and/or their guests when accompanied by a member, one guest round per member. Social Membership is included with access to the Member Level with all of the benefits including a 5-10% Pro Shop merchandise discount.

Owner Membership Levels:
Full Membership: The advantages of becoming a Full Member include unlimited rounds of golf with 90 day advance tee times. This level includes full Social Membership with access to the Member Level with all of the benefits including a reduced daily cart fee($14) and a 10-15% Pro Shop merchandise discount. The annual fee may be paid monthly. The first 100 non-owners who choose a Full Membership also become Charter Members.
