Membership Rates
Annual Prepaid Membership – Includes unlimited green fees for one (1) year from date of purchase. This is golf only and there is an additional fee for carts should you decided to ride.
Single Weekday Membership Walking:$625.00 plus tax
Single Unlimited Membership Walking:$740.00 plus tax
Couple Weekday Membership Walking:$835.00 plus tax
Couple Unlimited Membership Walking:$1,000.00 plus tax
Family Unlimited Membership Walking:$1,200.00 plus tax
Special Member Cart Fee
18 Hole Cart Fee:$9.00 per person plus tax
9 Hole Cart Fee:$7.00 per person plus tax
RESTRICTIONS:
-All membership programs are one year annual plans and must be paid in advance.
-All membership programs expire one year from the date of purchase.
-You do not have to be a year round resident to join one of these membership programs.
-All memberships are walking only. If you wish to ride in a cart, a special “Member” cart fee will apply.
-Weekday members can only play Monday through Friday.
-Family membership programs include husband, wife and up to two children under the age of 19, living under the same roof as their parents. Children 10 years or under must be accompanied by a parent and may play any time after 11:00am. If unaccompanied by a parent, they may play any time after 2:00pm.
-All membership programs are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
-Medical leaves of up to two months will be considered and approved by the club General Manager only. A letter accompanied by a Doctor’s note is required.
-Range membership plans may be added to any of these membership programs and are to be paid monthly.
-Sales tax of 6% is not included in these prices. All rates, fees and information are subject to change without notice.
