Jonesboro Country Club Membership

Membership Classifications

Regular Resident Membership
The Regular Resident Member and Spouse shall enjoy all of the privileges of the Club, including golf, outdoor tennis, pool, dining room, bar, and all activities the Club provides. The cost of the membership is as follows:

Initiation Fee:         $2,500.00
Stock:                    $1,100.00
Tax:                          $212.50
Total:                     $3,812.50

The value of the stock, which can increase in value, will be returned upon resignation and the account is paid in full.

Current Monthly Fees

Monthly Dues:                     $200.00
Debt Service:                       $45.00
Food Minimum:                     $40.00
Total Monthly Costs:            $285.00

The Food Minimum is credited to your first $40.00 of food purchases each month.

Should you choose to play Indoor Tennis, there is an $11.00 per month Indoor Court Fee plus a $50.00 annual fee to be a member of the Jonesboro Country Club Tennis Association (JCCTA).

All monthly costs are subject to sales tax.

This membership allows the right to vote and hold office and shall have full right, jointly, of ownership in the Club's properties and assets. Unmarried dependent children may also enjoy all the privileges of the Club except the right to vote, hold office, or to be owner of properties of the Club. The eligible children must be still living in the member's home or attending college full time and be 23 years of age or under. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

Corporate Membership
Corporate memberships afford the same privileges as the Regular membership to ONE representative of a company and his immediate family. For a $500.00, plus tax, transfer fee, the membership may be transferred to another individual therefore saving a major portion of the cost of initiation fee for a new membership. Not more than ONE member of the corporation may use the membership at one time. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

Junior Membership
Junior memberships afford the same privileges as the Regular membership with the exception of the right to vote, hold office, and have ownership of properties and assets. You must be under 35 years of age to apply for the Junior membership. There are two (2) options available:

Option 1:
On the day of joining the cost is $1,000.00 plus sales tax (currently $1,085.00). The remaining $1,500 initiation fee and $1,100.00 stock certificate will be paid in monthly installments charged at a rate of $50.00 per month, plus applicable sales tax, until age 35. Upon turning age 35 the balance is required to be paid in full.

Option 2:
On the day of joining the cost is $2,500.00 plus sales tax (currently $2,712.50). The $1,100.00 stock certificate must be paid at a minimum of $100.00 per year until age 35 at which time the balance is required to be paid in full.

Monthly dues, debt service, and food minimum are the same as that of a Regular Resident Member. While in Junior Member status, the member may not transfer his / her membership and should he / she resign or become suspended his / her equity in the Club is forfeited. the age of the husband will be the determining factor in the case of a married couple desiring this membership. Upon completion of the stock purchase the Board of Directors will convert the membership to a Regular resident Member upon approval. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

Senior Membership
Any Regular Member, who has been a member in good standing for 12 months and attains the age of 65, may convert to Senior Membership status. Senior Members shall pay one-half the monthly dues of a Regular Member ($100.00). Once a Regular Member converts to Senior Membership, he / she is no longer allowed golfing or tennis privileges.

Program Membership
At times the Club will offer financing programs for those interested in joining the Club. Certain restrictions and requirements apply. In all cases the programs require contracts to be signed and an obligation is required to complete the purchase of the membership prior to resignation. If Program memberships are available, information my be obtained through the Office. The cost to initiate the Program membership is as follows:

Up Front Cost:      $1,500.00
Tax:                       $127.50
Total:                  $1,627.50

A payment schedule of $100.00 per month will be billed to the account for twenty-one (21) months. Applicable sales tax will be added to the first ten (10) months representing the balance of the initiation fee. Monthly dues, debt service and food minimum are the same as a Regular Resident Member. Program memberships afford the same privileges as the Regular Resident membership with the exception of the right to vote, hold office, and have ownership of the Club's properties and assets until the balance of the initiation fee and stock certificate is paid. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

NOTE
All Membership Classifications are subject to dues increases, assessments, and other costs as deemed necessary by the Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors.

Should you decide to include Tennis there is an $11.00 per month indoor Tennis Court fee along with a $50.00 annual fee to become a member of the Jonesboro Country Club Tennis Association.

Forrest City Country Club Membership

Section 1. There shall be the following classes of membership, namely:
(1) Voting regular
(2) Nonresident
(3) Junior
(4) Lifetime
(5) Installment

Voting Regular Members
Section 2.Voting regular members shall enjoy all the privileges of the club including the right to vote and hold office and shall have full right of ownership in the club¹s properties and assets. The spouse of the voting regular member shall have the right to serve on the Board of Governors and hold office and cast a vote in the absence of the voting regular member, but in no case shall there be more than one vote cast per family membership. The spouse of the voting regular member, as well as the unmarried dependent children, may enjoy all of the privileges of the club except the right to participate in the ownership of the properties of the club. The unmarried dependent children shall enjoy these privileges as long as said children are under 21 years old or are registered full-time college students in good standing. Any person of good moral character, who is 21 years or over, may become a voting regular member of this organization upon such terms and conditions as are provided by the bylaws. Each voting regular member shall pay a transfer or initiation fee, monthly dues, and assessments.

Nonresident Members
Section 3. Any person living outside the boundaries of St. Francis County, Arkansas, of good moral character and twenty-one (21) years old or over may apply for a nonresident membership. Nonresident members shall not have the right of ownership in the club¹s properties, or the right to vote, or hold office. The spouse of a nonresident member, as well as unmarried dependent children (See Article I, Section 2 of the bylaws), may enjoy all other privileges of the club. Nonresident members shall pay an initiation fee, monthly dues and assessments.

Junior Members
Section 4. Residents living within St. Francis County, Arkansas, who are between the ages of twenty-one (21) and thirty (30) years, may be elected to junior membership in the club, upon approval by the Committee on Admissions. Fees and dues of junior members shall be set by the Board of Governors. Junior members shall make a down payment of 15% of the voting regular membership initiation fee, plus monthly dues and assessments. If the junior member reaches the age of thirty (30) years before full payment of the initiation fee, he shall upon reaching that age pay the balance due or convert his membership to an installment membership. No interest shall be charged on the unpaid balance of a junior member. The number of junior members shall be limited to 10% of voting regular memberships. A junior membership shall cease upon his 30th birthday or as soon thereafter as the first voting regular membership becomes available. The limit in voting regular memberships or the 10% of voting regular membership limit for junior members will not apply at any time to any son or daughter of present regular voting members who possess the desired qualifications for membership.

Lifetime Members
Section 5. Any person, twenty-one (21) years of age and of good moral character residing within St. Francis County, Arkansas, may apply for life time membership. Lifetime members shall pay a one-time initiation fee, without further cost, and shall not be required to pay assessments or dues, but will be billed for their actual monthly charges. Lifetime members, spouses, and their unmarried dependent children (See Article I, Section 2 of the bylaws) shall enjoy all the privileges of the club. The one-time initiation fee will be determined by the Board of Governors biannually and posted on the club bulletin board. A lifetime membership is non-transferable and shall terminate upon the deaths of the lifetime member and spouse.

Installment Members
Section 6. Initiation fee of installment memberships shall be payable in five (5) annual payments. A penalty shall be charged on the unpaid balance. Installment members shall not have the right of ownership in the club¹s properties, or the right to vote, or hold office. At the end of the five installments or upon final payment of the initiation fee, the installment member shall become a regular voting member. The installment member¹s spouse and unmarried dependent children (See Article I, Section 2 of the bylaws) may enjoy all other privileges of the club during the five (5) year period provided the installment payments are current. Each installment member shall pay an initiation fee, monthly dues, and assessments.

Monthly Dues:  $125.00 (plus tax)

                                    Debt Reduction Fee:  $20 (monthly) 

Junior                         Membership Privileges:  Golf, Restaurant,
                                              Bar, Member Events and Pool.
                                    Monthly Dues: $65 (plus tax)
                                    Food & Beverage Minimum:  $75 (quarterly)
                                    Debt Reduction Fee:  $20 (monthly) 
                                    Annual Fee: $100 (For ten years or until age 
                                         of thirty-five (35), whichever comes first)

Social                          Membership Privileges:  Restaurant, 
                                               Bar, and Member Events.

One-Time Membership Fee: $0

Monthly Dues:  $65 (plus tax)

Food & Beverage Minimum: $50 (monthly)
                                    Debt Reduction Fee:  $20 (monthly) 

Social (With pool)       Membership Privileges:  Restaurant, Bar, 
                                               Member Events, and Pool.
   
One-Time Membership Fee: $0

Monthly Dues: $75 (plus tax) (May, June, July & August) 
$65 All Other Months
                                    Food & Beverage Minimum: $50 (monthly)
                                    Debt Reduction Fee:  $20 (monthly)


Note: Current members may not resign from the Forrest City Country Club and join a different type of membership for a minimum of one (1) year.

Fianna Hills Country Club Membership

The Fianna Hills Country Club welcomes individuals, families and businesses from Fort Smith, Greenwood, and the surrounding areas. We have a great membership program that is just right for you!

All membership categories will have a $50 Food & Beverage minimum on top of dues.

Active: 
All Active Members and their dependent family members under the age of 23 enjoy the Dining Room, Golf Course, Bar, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, and the Fitness Center.

Junior Active:
Junior Active Members receive the same benefits as Active Members, extends to anyone between the ages 21 and 40.

$175/Month

Senior Active:
Senior Active Members receive the same benefits as Active Members, but must be 65 or older.

$256.50/Month

Social:
Members and their dependent family members under the age of 23 enjoy the Dining Room, Bar, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, and the Fitness Center.

$135/ Month

Business:
Members and their dependent family members under the age of 23 enjoy the Dining Room, Golf Course, Bar, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, and the Fitness Center.

Non-Resident:
Non resident members must live at least 75 miles from Fort Smith. Nonresident members and their dependant family members under the age of 23 enjoy the Dining Room, Golf course, Bar, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, and the Fitness Center.
