Jonesboro Country Club Membership

Membership Classifications

Regular Resident Membership
The Regular Resident Member and Spouse shall enjoy all of the privileges of the Club, including golf, outdoor tennis, pool, dining room, bar, and all activities the Club provides. The cost of the membership is as follows:

Initiation Fee:         $2,500.00
Stock:                    $1,100.00
Tax:                          $212.50
Total:                     $3,812.50

The value of the stock, which can increase in value, will be returned upon resignation and the account is paid in full.

The Food Minimum is credited to your first $40.00 of food purchases each month.

Should you choose to play Indoor Tennis, there is an $11.00 per month Indoor Court Fee plus a $50.00 annual fee to be a member of the Jonesboro Country Club Tennis Association (JCCTA).

All monthly costs are subject to sales tax.

This membership allows the right to vote and hold office and shall have full right, jointly, of ownership in the Club's properties and assets. Unmarried dependent children may also enjoy all the privileges of the Club except the right to vote, hold office, or to be owner of properties of the Club. The eligible children must be still living in the member's home or attending college full time and be 23 years of age or under. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

Corporate Membership
Corporate memberships afford the same privileges as the Regular membership to ONE representative of a company and his immediate family. For a $500.00, plus tax, transfer fee, the membership may be transferred to another individual therefore saving a major portion of the cost of initiation fee for a new membership. Not more than ONE member of the corporation may use the membership at one time. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

Junior Membership
Junior memberships afford the same privileges as the Regular membership with the exception of the right to vote, hold office, and have ownership of properties and assets. You must be under 35 years of age to apply for the Junior membership. There are two (2) options available:

Option 1:
On the day of joining the cost is $1,000.00 plus sales tax (currently $1,085.00). The remaining $1,500 initiation fee and $1,100.00 stock certificate will be paid in monthly installments charged at a rate of $50.00 per month, plus applicable sales tax, until age 35. Upon turning age 35 the balance is required to be paid in full.

Option 2:
On the day of joining the cost is $2,500.00 plus sales tax (currently $2,712.50). The $1,100.00 stock certificate must be paid at a minimum of $100.00 per year until age 35 at which time the balance is required to be paid in full.

Monthly dues, debt service, and food minimum are the same as that of a Regular Resident Member. While in Junior Member status, the member may not transfer his / her membership and should he / she resign or become suspended his / her equity in the Club is forfeited. the age of the husband will be the determining factor in the case of a married couple desiring this membership. Upon completion of the stock purchase the Board of Directors will convert the membership to a Regular resident Member upon approval. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

Senior Membership
Any Regular Member, who has been a member in good standing for 12 months and attains the age of 65, may convert to Senior Membership status. Senior Members shall pay one-half the monthly dues of a Regular Member ($100.00). Once a Regular Member converts to Senior Membership, he / she is no longer allowed golfing or tennis privileges.

Program Membership
At times the Club will offer financing programs for those interested in joining the Club. Certain restrictions and requirements apply. In all cases the programs require contracts to be signed and an obligation is required to complete the purchase of the membership prior to resignation. If Program memberships are available, information my be obtained through the Office. The cost to initiate the Program membership is as follows:

A payment schedule of $100.00 per month will be billed to the account for twenty-one (21) months. Applicable sales tax will be added to the first ten (10) months representing the balance of the initiation fee. Monthly dues, debt service and food minimum are the same as a Regular Resident Member. Program memberships afford the same privileges as the Regular Resident membership with the exception of the right to vote, hold office, and have ownership of the Club's properties and assets until the balance of the initiation fee and stock certificate is paid. The Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors must approve all applications and resignations.

All Membership Classifications are subject to dues increases, assessments, and other costs as deemed necessary by the Jonesboro Country Club Board of Directors.

Forrest City Country Club Membership

Section 1. There shall be the following classes of membership, namely:
(1) Voting regular
(2) Nonresident
(3) Junior
(4) Lifetime
(5) Installment

Voting Regular Members
Section 2.Voting regular members shall enjoy all the privileges of the club including the right to vote and hold office and shall have full right of ownership in the club¹s properties and assets. The spouse of the voting regular member shall have the right to serve on the Board of Governors and hold office and cast a vote in the absence of the voting regular member, but in no case shall there be more than one vote cast per family membership. The spouse of the voting regular member, as well as the unmarried dependent children, may enjoy all of the privileges of the club except the right to participate in the ownership of the properties of the club. The unmarried dependent children shall enjoy these privileges as long as said children are under 21 years old or are registered full-time college students in good standing. Any person of good moral character, who is 21 years or over, may become a voting regular member of this organization upon such terms and conditions as are provided by the bylaws. Each voting regular member shall pay a transfer or initiation fee, monthly dues, and assessments.

Nonresident Members
Section 3. Any person living outside the boundaries of St. Francis County, Arkansas, of good moral character and twenty-one (21) years old or over may apply for a nonresident membership. Nonresident members shall not have the right of ownership in the club¹s properties, or the right to vote, or hold office. The spouse of a nonresident member, as well as unmarried dependent children (See Article I, Section 2 of the bylaws), may enjoy all other privileges of the club. Nonresident members shall pay an initiation fee, monthly dues and assessments.

Junior Members
Section 4. Residents living within St. Francis County, Arkansas, who are between the ages of twenty-one (21) and thirty (30) years, may be elected to junior membership in the club, upon approval by the Committee on Admissions. Fees and dues of junior members shall be set by the Board of Governors. Junior members shall make a down payment of 15% of the voting regular membership initiation fee, plus monthly dues and assessments. If the junior member reaches the age of thirty (30) years before full payment of the initiation fee, he shall upon reaching that age pay the balance due or convert his membership to an installment membership. No interest shall be charged on the unpaid balance of a junior member. The number of junior members shall be limited to 10% of voting regular memberships. A junior membership shall cease upon his 30th birthday or as soon thereafter as the first voting regular membership becomes available. The limit in voting regular memberships or the 10% of voting regular membership limit for junior members will not apply at any time to any son or daughter of present regular voting members who possess the desired qualifications for membership.

Lifetime Members
Section 5. Any person, twenty-one (21) years of age and of good moral character residing within St. Francis County, Arkansas, may apply for life time membership. Lifetime members shall pay a one-time initiation fee, without further cost, and shall not be required to pay assessments or dues, but will be billed for their actual monthly charges. Lifetime members, spouses, and their unmarried dependent children (See Article I, Section 2 of the bylaws) shall enjoy all the privileges of the club. The one-time initiation fee will be determined by the Board of Governors biannually and posted on the club bulletin board. A lifetime membership is non-transferable and shall terminate upon the deaths of the lifetime member and spouse.

Installment Members
Section 6. Initiation fee of installment memberships shall be payable in five (5) annual payments. A penalty shall be charged on the unpaid balance. Installment members shall not have the right of ownership in the club¹s properties, or the right to vote, or hold office. At the end of the five installments or upon final payment of the initiation fee, the installment member shall become a regular voting member. The installment member¹s spouse and unmarried dependent children (See Article I, Section 2 of the bylaws) may enjoy all other privileges of the club during the five (5) year period provided the installment payments are current. Each installment member shall pay an initiation fee, monthly dues, and assessments.

Fianna Hills Country Club Membership

The Fianna Hills Country Club welcomes individuals, families and businesses from Fort Smith, Greenwood, and the surrounding areas. We have a great membership program that is just right for you!

All membership categories will have a $50 Food & Beverage minimum on top of dues.

Active:

SEVERAL CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP ARE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING:

Combined Membership: Provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, pools and pool facilities, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges are extended to the Member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of twenty-three (23).

Junior Executive Membership: is available to applicants ages thirty-two (32) and under. Membership provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges are extended to the Member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of twenty-three (23).

Corporate Membership: provides full access to all of the club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges are extended to the member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of 23. Corporate memberships are purchased by a corporation to allow for executive transfers and multiple memberships. Each corporation has one primary member included in the $5000 initiation fee. Each additional designee pays a $1000 joining fee and a fee of $1000 will be applied to any membership transfers. All membership applications and transfers are subject to approval by the board of directors.

Non Resident Membership: available to anyone whose primary residence is outside the 50 mile radius of the Fayetteville City limits. Non resident membership provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship golf course, pro shop, swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Privileges will be extended to the Member and spouse or constant companion only.

Social Membership: provides full access to the Club’s facilities and amenities to include swimming, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Social Members may play one round of golf six (6) times per year, upon payment of the green fee. Privileges will be extended to the Member, spouse or constant companion and dependent children under the age of twenty-three (23) excluding golf.

The membership process is simple. Stop by the office to select the membership for you; junior, mid-junior or a full Class A membership. Currently we are offering a trial membership at reduced rates. The office can provide you with an application and explain our rate structure.

Membership Classification

“Class A” – Full Membership – Equity - Class A Members have all inclusive use of the Club facilities, with unlimited golfing, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities planned for Club Members.

Junior Membership - Consist of two classes: Entry-Level and Mid-Level, and shall be available to qualified individuals who have not attained the age of 40 years. In each case, the age criterion is applied to the primary golfer's age in the case of married members. Junior Memberships are not assignable, nor transferable. Junior members shall not having voting privileges. Junior members are not eligible to hold elective office in the Club.

(a) Entry-Level Junior Membership: Entry Level Junior memberships are for those members who have attained the age of 21 years but who have not attained the age of 30 years. Entry-Level Junior membership shall, upon attaining the age of 30 years, convert to a Mid-Level Junior Membership.

(b) Mid-Level Junior Membership: Mid-Level Junior memberships are for those members who have attained the age of 30 years, but who have not attained the age of 40 years. Mid-Level Junior memberships shall, upon attaining the age of 40 years, convert to a Class A membership. In the event that the Mid-Level Junior shall not attain Class A membership status, the junior member shall forfeit the initiation fee.

Corporate “Class A” Membership – Equity - A corporation or company may purchase a “Class A” Membership with privileges designated to one individual with access to all privileges and amenities of Club “Class A” Memberships. The membership may be transferred within a corporation or firm subject to approval of transfer.

Assigned Membership – The Assigned Membership is an annual contractual membership consisting of full privileges with the exception of voting and holding office.

Social Membership – The Social Memberships have access to all amenities and activities of Club with applicable restrictions and fees structure. 

Non-Resident Membership – A Nonresident Membership is available to persons who reside outside adjoining counties of Madison County. The membership carries no ownership or voting rights, is non-assignable and non- transferable.

Fox Ridge Golf Course Membership

  1. There is no initiation fee. You are not "bound" to the Club by anything other than your desire to play here from year to year.
  2. There are a number of Membership plans. Please note that "Single" Memberships will be limited to 125 and unlimited "Family" Memberships to 40. We know that morning tee times on weekends are extremely important to golfers with weekday jobs. By limiting those Memberships, and providing advance reservation privileges, we are providing assured inside Member access to the Golf Course during prime time.
  3. Plus, unlimited practice range privileges are included with these plans.
  4. For those of you who have some flexibility in terms of tee times you need, there are "Limited" and "Twilight" Memberships.
  5. We also offer Junior Memberships.Corporate memberships, tailored to your needs, are also available upon request.

In addition to the classic country club atmosphere found at Holly Hills, the center of attention is our 18-hole championship golf course. The course features rolling hills, expertly manicured fairways and greens considered among the best in the region. Holly Hills is best known for the "President’s Loop," the stretch of holes (numbers 6,7 and 8). Most importantly, the golf course is enjoyable for both the casual and aggressive player.

Membership Opportunities

Family Golf Membership
Provides the family use of all amenities at the club, which includes: clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, practice facilities as well as invitations to all member and social events.

Single Junior Golf Membership
The Single Membership caters to the single golfer under the age of 30. Enrolling in this membership allows only the signing member access to the golf course. At the age of 30 the Junior Golf member will be allowed to switch to the Young Executive Membership with no additional initiation fee.

Young Executive Family Golf Membership
Available to anyone under the age of 35 and includes the immediate family giving them use of all amenities. Monthly Dues are reduced until age 35.

Social Membership
Enrolling as a social member will enable the family use of the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and invitations to all members and social activities. 

Corporate Membership
Available to any corporation and includes Anchor Designee plus as many additional corporate designees as are desired The corporation will designate one sole member and their immediate family, as well as individual designees who work for the corporation. Dues will depend on the number of designees.

Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children less than twenty-three (23) years of age who is a full-time student as prescribed by the Club.

Junior Membership Available to applicants ages twenty-one (21) through thirty-four (34), inclusive. Membership provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities to include the championship 18-hole golf course, practice greens, driving range, tennis, pool, fitness, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Includes the right to vote and hold office. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club.

Intermediate Membership Includes full access to all Club’s social activities to include all clubhouse dining, swimming, tennis and fitness. Members in this classification may play golf (once per month), subject to current guest fees. Excludes the right to vote and hold office. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Excludes the right to vote and to hold office.

Dining Membership Provides access to the HCC clubhouse, dining facilities, and social dining events. Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Excludes the right to vote and hold office.

Grayson Valley Country Club Membership

Grayson Valley Country Club is a corporate owned, private Country Club located in Trussville, Alabama. The club promotes and encourages an interest in golf, swimming and various social and dining activities. Membership is generally by invitation and is extended through sponsorship by a current members. However, at this time, a special membership plan is being offered by the GVCC Board of Directors. This special membership plan offers you the unique opportunity to become a valuable member of Grayson Valley Country Club.

Facilities and Services

Golf Facilities include an eighteen hole, 6527 yard John LaFoye redesigned golf course, 2 practice putting greens, driving range and chipping and bunker practice areas. The club supports a Ladies Golf Association, Senior Golf Association and has a very active Men's Golf/Tournament Committee. PGA Golf Professional, Justin Waltman and staff orchestrate very inviting Junior Golf Programs, facilitate Club Golf Tournaments, conduct Private Member Lessons and maintain a fully stocked Pro Shop for all your golfing needs. Weather permitting, golf is available Tuesday through Sunday, twelve months per year.

Swimming Facilities include a 25 meter pool with depths from 3'-12'. Additionally, you will find men's and women's dressing rooms, a snack bar area and a deck full of sun bathing lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Men's and Ladies Locker Facilities are open to Members and their guests anytime during normal Clubhouse operating hours, Tuesday through Sunday.

Dining Facilities include the 19th Hole Grill serving Members and their guests during normal business hours. In our 19th Hole Grill you find a menu to appease your appetite from several types of sandwiches and salads or a cool refreshing drink to relax after a round of golf.
Additionally, the club hosts a Sunday Brunch from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm each week and is open in the evening for special Club Sponsored and Private Dining events. 

Banquet Facilities for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, private luncheon or dinner events and private rooms for business/employee training meetings are available to Members and sponsored guests. The Country Club has the capacity to book such events for group sizes up to 400 people depending on the type of event. The management team of Grayson Valley Country Club will meet with you and arrange all the details to your specifications.

Birch Ridge Golf Course Membership

Season Passes are available for the golfing fanatic who plans to play frequently at on Birch Ridge Golf Course.

Starting in 2013, we will offer three different kinds of Annual Memerships.

1) Unrestricted Annual Memberships good for play everyday of the season, except tournaments. These are also referred to as 7-day passes. A benefit of this pass is that you'll receive a 25% discount on Greens Fees when you play either Kenai Golf Course or Bird Homestead Golf Course. In addition, a Single Annual Membership will also receive a free 18-hole round for an out of town guest (50 miles away from Soldotna). Double 7-day passes will receive two free 18-hole rounds for out of town guests.

2) Restricted Annual Memberships good for seniors 65 years of age and older, and juniors 17 years of age and younger. These Annual Memberships are good for weekdays only, NOT Weekends and Holidays. If a restricted Annual Member wishes to play on Weekends and Holidays, they will need to pay published greens fees on all occasions.

3) 7-on & 7-off passes. This pass was designed to accomodate oil field workers with unique schedules. This pass is good 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. These passes will also honor the 25% discount on greens fees at either Kenai or Bird Homestead Golf Course.

All season pass holders will receive a 10% discount on all merchandise in the Pro-Shop excluding already discounted items, food and beverages.

As usual, all season pass holders will have the option of storing their golf clubs in our club storage room. storage will cost $40 for a single season pass holder or $60 for a double.

** Seasons passes are valid until the course closes for winter.
