Valley Hills Country Club - Membership

Membership Classification

“Class A” – Full Membership – Equity - Class A Members have all inclusive use of the Club facilities, with unlimited golfing, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities planned for Club Members.

Junior Membership - Consist of two classes: Entry-Level and Mid-Level, and shall be available to qualified individuals who have not attained the age of 40 years. In each case, the age criterion is applied to the primary golfer's age in the case of married members. Junior Memberships are not assignable, nor transferable. Junior members shall not having voting privileges. Junior members are not eligible to hold elective office in the Club.
 
(a) Entry-Level Junior Membership: Entry Level Junior memberships are for those members who have attained the age of 21 years but who have not attained the age of 30 years. Entry-Level Junior membership shall, upon attaining the age of 30 years, convert to a Mid-Level Junior Membership.
 
(b) Mid-Level Junior Membership: Mid-Level Junior memberships are for those members who have attained the age of 30 years, but who have not attained the age of 40 years. Mid-Level Junior memberships shall, upon attaining the age of 40 years, convert to a Class A membership. In the event that the Mid-Level Junior shall not attain Class A membership status, the junior member shall forfeit the initiation fee.
 
Corporate “Class A” Membership – Equity - A corporation or company may purchase a “Class A” Membership with privileges designated to one individual with access to all privileges and amenities of Club “Class A” Memberships. The membership may be transferred within a corporation or firm subject to approval of transfer.
 
Assigned Membership – The Assigned Membership is an annual contractual membership consisting of full privileges with the exception of voting and holding office.
 
Social Membership – The Social Memberships have access to all amenities and activities of Club with applicable restrictions and fees structure. 
 
Non-Resident Membership – A Nonresident Membership is available to persons who reside outside adjoining counties of Madison County. The membership carries no ownership or voting rights, is non-assignable and non- transferable.
