• New Renter Privileges for Full Members (a member who holds a Full Membership and rent their home, the renters may use their golfing privileges when they are not in residence, with a few restrictions).
• Full Memberships available for resident and non-resident couples with monthly dues of just $666 per month. Plus, no food minimums, no cart fees for non-residents and no trail fees for residents. Full Membership Application
• A NEW Individual Membership Class that pays 70% of full-member dues. Individual Membership Application
• A NEW Limited Membership Class that pays only 50% of full-member dues and 50% of regular guest fees when they golf. This membership level is for less frequent golfers or those living in Rio Verde a limited amount of time. Limited Membership Application

• Unlimited use of two 18-hole traditional-style championship courses. Both courses have recently been redesigned under the guidance of Tom Lehman and are in excellent condition

• Use your own golf cart or walk with your own pushcart. No trail fees
